Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery, expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days and express shipping arrives in 1-2 business days. These times do not include production of 1-4 business days for most products. We are not responsible for shipment delays or refusals. We will charge a re-shipping fee if your order is returned to us. All customers will receive a notification with tracking when their purchase is shipped.
Q: Why hasn't my item's location updated when I check my package's tracking?
A: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking info to update. If your item hasn't moved in 7 or more business days pls contact us!
Q: My order was returned back to you, can you re-ship it to me?
A: Deliveries that are returned to our facility as undeliverable will be re-sent to the customer for an additional shipping fee. Please verify your shipping address at checkout to avoid such instances. We will not reship items free of charge.

The pajamas are cute, the quality is similar to shein satin pajamas but the size chart is incorrect and the shop does not accept exchanges or returns so I would highly recommend sizing up and expect to be patient for shipping, mine took a month to come in.
