Q: What is your return & exchange policy?
A: Unworn pajamas & items without customization can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery with tags attached. There is a 25% restocking fee. All personalized items are final sale.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most items ship in 7 days or less exempt outerwear, preorder, and select sleepwear pieces. Please message us if you need your items by a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Several shipping options are available at checkout. Standard delivery takes 5-9 biz days, expedited shipping takes 1-3 biz days and overnight shipping takes 1-2 biz days.
Shipping delays may be expected and are entirely out of our control. If your order is time sensitive we highly recommend purchasing an expedited shipping method or shipping via UPS. Please message us to arrange UPS shipping for your order.
