Q: Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
A: We do not allow for order modifications or cancellations once an order is placed. All personalized items are final sale. Plain pajamas can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. There is a 25% restocking fee.
Pajamas being exchanged or returned must be unworn and with the tags attached. Please contact us to begin the exchange/return process. Original shipping charges will not be refunded on purchases and we do not provide prepaid labels.

A: Most orders ship in 1 week or less unless otherwise noted. Select sleepwear, outerwear, and custom printed items are subject to longer processing times. See individual descriptions or contact us for more info.

If you want a font you don't see or need to match a color scheme, please contact us for additional customization options!

In certain circumstances out of our control, some international packages will be subject to additional customs duties and fees. We have no way of predicting the occurrence of these incurred costs. International buyers are completely responsible for any customs and import taxes, duties, or fees that may apply.
