Q: Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
A: We do not allow for modifications or cancellations once an order is placed.All personalized items are final sale.
Plain pajamas purchased without monogramming or personalization can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. There is a 25% restocking fee on returned orders.
Pajamas being exchanged or returned must be unworn and with the tags attached. Please contact us to begin the exchange/return process on your purchase.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded on purchases and we do not provide prepaid labels when mailing back returns or exchanges. However we will cover shipping fees when mailing back exchanges.

A: Most orders ship in 1 week or less unless otherwise noted.

We want your purchase to last beyond your big day so we've designed items that not only look good, but are built to last as well. To ensure longevity of your items, we recommend you turn your garment inside out, wash on cold & on the delicate cycle. Items can tumble dry low. Please do not iron directly on personalization and do not dry clean.
Custom and personalized orders
Almost all listings offer customization options allowing customers to create pieces tailored to their preferences. From font options, to text color choices, to custom text input, we are happy to help customers design their one of kind orders. If you want a font you don't see or need to match a color scheme, please contact us for additional customization options!
International orders
In certain circumstances out of our control, some international packages will be subject to additional customs duties and fees. We have no way of predicting the occurrence of these incurred costs. International buyers are completely responsible for any customs and import taxes, duties, or fees that may apply. We do not claim responsibility for these charges nor will refund them in the case that they occur. Customs clearance may cause delivery delays, please keep this in mind when calculating your delivery time-frame after ordering.

It's the perfect gift, and the customization looks so good

Ordered 5 bandannas for a bachelorette party. The font I chose (font 11) looks completely different than the pictures. When I contacted the seller she stated and I quote “Nope!! that’s font 11 capitalized as you confirmed with me.” And then continued to argue with me. When she offered to come to a solution I asked to return and exchange the items and she then continued to argue with me more and send screenshots of my order? I’ve never had an issue with an Etsy seller before and I’m horrified by this. Currently trying to find something else to order for my friends bachelorette but now it’s a week away since these took almost a month to arrive. Would highly highly recommend not ordering from this seller.
